‘Pastel de queso’, a traditional Mexican cheesecake, offers a surprise for cheesecake lovers.
Lighter and less sweet than an American cheesecake, our dessert is topped with fruti di bosco glaze, a berry sauce of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and cherries and fresh fruit garnishes.
