If you think you recognize the name “Pan de Canela” (cinnamon bread) you are right! Back in Week 7 we brought you a pan dulce shaped and topped like a concha. This cinnamon and sugar bread is made from the same dough. In Mexico, this is one of the more popular types of bread and therefore takes on many shapes and toppings. Perhaps these types of variations are why some estimate there are over 2,000 type of Pan Dulce. Grab your coffee or milk and vamonos!
