Description
(Pan de canela) A dense, slightly sweet cinnamon bread made with molasses or brown sugar and with a thin sugar/butter topping. These are traditional Latino favorites, eaten with a beverage at your morning meal. They are available in several shapes. Pictured are crescents and round breads.
